Leader's Demonstration (Dynamic Tensile Test Rack)
This is our ozone test chamber, designed to meet the stringent requirements of international, European, and Chinese standards. It's an indispensable laboratory instrument for evaluating the aging resistance of rubber and various non-metallic materials.
Allow me to introduce its internal functionalities. Here, we have our specimen rack system. This particular rack is designed for static tensile testing of standard dumbbell-shaped specimens. It fully complies with the experimental standard requirements of GB/T 7762.2013 and 2019. Its most significant advantage lies in its ability to generate a specimen projection that is a horseshoe/honeycomb shape or a cycloidal trajectory. This unique capability is achieved because the small disc, in addition to rotating with the large disc, also orbits it. The combination of this revolution and rotation results in a cycloidal trajectory throughout its operation, satisfying all explicitly stated standard cycloidal patterns. Beier Labs was the pioneer in China for this innovative test specimen rack device.
Furthermore, we've engineered a compact and integrated system within this chamber. It houses our electrical control components and even our UV-type ozone detector. Both international and national standards mandate the use of UV-type ozone detectors for quality inspection and quarantine purposes, as accurate ozone detection absolutely requires this technology. This forms the fundamental core of our system's precision.
Operation is remarkably straightforward. The intuitive touchscreen allows for seamless setting of temperature, humidity, and ozone concentration. The desired ozone concentration can be achieved within just 10 minutes. This is Beier Labs' reliable ozone aging test equipment, meticulously developed for the entire rubber and plastics industry.
