- Hua Ming: With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Hua is the founder, Chairman, and R&D Director of Beier Labs. He is a key contributor to numerous national industry standards and holds 6 invention patents.
- Cai Jianping: Possessing over 40 years of work experience, Mr. Cai is a researcher/professor responsible for setting and reviewing standards in software engineering and testing.

- Chen Haiwei: A postgraduate and overseas returnee with extensive experience. Mr. Chen serves as Assistant to the Chairman and R&D Project Leader, focusing on industry standards and trend research.
- Zhao Dongmei: With 25 years of experience, Ms. Zhao is the General Manager and Deputy R&D Director, overseeing the development of non-standard equipment.
- Xu Zheng: A mechatronics engineer with 20 years of experience, Mr. Xu drives the intelligent and low-carbon development of our equipment.
- Zuo Hucheng: An electrical engineer with 22 years of experience, Mr. Zuo is responsible for developing high-precision environmental control systems.
- Pan Liang: A mechanical engineer with 18 years of experience, Mr. Pan focuses on the structural design and optimization of our test chambers.
